Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of wound washing-negative pressure closed drainage technology in patients with poor wound healing after limb fracture surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with limb fractures who had poor wound healing after surgical treatment in Hefei Orthopedic Hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with wound washing-negative pressure closed drainage technology. The clinical efficacy, rehabilitation, wound symptom score and wound aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
