Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention on coping style and self-care ability of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with skin changes. Methods A total of 70 SLE patients received in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received targeted nursing intervention. The coping style, self-care ability and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The score of coping style in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the score of avoidance and yield coping style was lower than that in the control group (P
