Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing on abdominal flap repair in patients with soft tissue defects after hand trauma. Methods A total of 80 patients with hand injury soft tissue defects who underwent abdominal flap repair surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into group A and group B using a random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. Group A received routine nursing intervention after surgery, while group B received comprehensive nursing intervention after surgery. The incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, clinical indicators, and quality of life were compared between the two groups.
