Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of early plastic surgery in patients with deep burns of hand. Methods A total of 50 patients with deep burns of hand admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into routine group and study group, with 25 patients in each group. The routine group was given delayed surgery, that was, plastic surgery after wound melting. The study group was given early plastic surgery, that was, plastic surgery within 48 hours after burn. The clinical efficacy, hand recovery, healing index, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.
