Abstract:Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of Elastic intramedullary nail for internal fixation in the treatment of fractures of the radius and ulna in children. Methods A total of 30 children with fractures of the radius and ulna who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 15 children in each group. The control group was treated with plate internal fixation after open reduction, and the observation group was treated with elastic intramedullary nail for internal fixation. The clinical efficacy, clinical related indicators, aesthetic effect and complications were compared between the two groups.
