Objective To investigate the clinical effect of postauricular injection of methylprednisolone combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of patients with sudden deafness. Methods A total of 100 patients with sudden deafness who were treated in our hospital from January 1, 2021 to March 1, 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with single methylprednisolone, and the observation group was treated with postauricular injection of methylprednisolone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
