Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic. Methods A total of 100 patients who needed orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and study group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional anchorage device for orthodontic treatment, and the study group was treated with micro-implant anchorage technology for orthodontic treatment. The tooth arrangement, structural evaluation, oral occupancy of the appliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the dislocation value of tooth arrangement in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of tooth overlap in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the tooth displacement distance was smaller than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The proportion of oral cavity occupied by orthodontic appliances in the study group was smaller than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic clinic is effective, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with dentition, and the oral occupancy rate is lower, and the patient satisfaction is higher.
