Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of immediate implant restoration and early implant delayed restoration. Methods A total of 150 patients with anterior teeth repair of periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group was given early implant delayed restoration of anterior teeth, and the experimental group was given immediate implant restoration of anterior teeth. The depth of gingival penetration, aesthetic effect, repair success rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After 4, 12 and 24 weeks of treatment, the depth of gingival penetration in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After 4, 12 and 24 weeks of treatment, the PES score and WES score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The success rate of repair in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.00%, which was lower than 16.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of immediate implant restoration in the repair of anterior teeth in patients with periodontal disease is better than that of early implant delayed restoration, which can effectively improve the success rate of repair, and the risk of complications after repair is small, and the safety is high.
