Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of small incision liposuction combined with continuous embedding double eyelid plasty in asymmetric double eyelid plastic repair. Methods A total of 98 patients with asymmetric double eyelids who were treated in the Department of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery of Chengdu Enxi Medical Aesthetic Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different surgical methods, they were divided into conventional group (n=48) and combined group (n=50). The conventional group was treated with conventional incision double eyelid plasty, and the combined group was treated with small incision liposuction combined with continuous embedding double eyelid plasty. The clinical efficacy, clinical indicators, plastic satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The healing time of the combined group was shorter than that of the conventional group, the operation time was longer than that of the conventional group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.00%, which was higher than 83.33% in the conventional group (P<0.05). The plastic satisfaction rate of the combined group was 92.00%, which was higher than 77.08% of the conventional group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of small incision liposuction combined with continuous embedding double eyelid plasty in the plastic repair of asymmetric double eyelid is effective, whichcan shorten the healing time, reduce the amount of bleeding during operation, improve the therapeutic effect, and has high patient satisfaction and good safety.
