Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of IL-6, CRP and serum allergen detection in patients with acute urticaria. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 80 patients with acute urticaria were selected as the experimental group, and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the reference group. All subjects were tested for IL-6, CRP and serum allergens. The related indexes of each group were evaluated, the distribution of allergens was analyzed, and the positive rates of serum total IgE antibody and sIgE antibody in the experimental group were tested. Results Inhaled allergens were mainly mulberry, animal dandruff, cockroaches, house dust, etc. Ingested allergens were mainly egg white, mango, nuts, seafood ; the positive rate of serum total IgE antibody in the experimental group was lower than that of sIgE antibody, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum total IgE antibody content, CRP and IL-6 indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion IL-6, CRP and serum allergen can improve the diagnostic accuracy of acute urticaria and provide guidance for clinical treatment.
