Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine in patients undergoing facial plastic surgery. Methods A total of 300 patients with facial plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the combined group and the control group by random number table method, with 150 patients in each group. The control group was treated with propofol and remifentanil as surgical drugs, and the combined group was treated with dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine as surgical drugs. The basic indicators, recovery time, awake time, postoperative pain score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
