Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of topical tazarotene and betamethasone dipropionate cream and oral acitretin capsules in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods A total of 172 patients with plaque psoriasis admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 86 patients in each group. The control group was treated with acitretin capsules orally, and the experimental group was treated with acitretin capsules orally combined with tazarotene and betamethasone dipropionate cream. The clinical efficacy, quality of life of skin diseases, skin lesions and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.67%, which was higher than 87.21% in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of plaque psoriasis, oral acitretin capsules and topical tazarotene and betamethasone dipropionate cream have a definite therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve the quality of life and skin lesions of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
