Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of peroneal artery perforator flap in repairing skin and soft tissue defects of ankle. Methods From January 2019 to December 2022, 30 patients with skin and soft tissue defects of ankle admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were repaired with peroneal artery perforator flap. The survival of the flap after operation was observed, and the foot and ankle function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared. Results The survival rate of skin flap in 30 patients was 96.67%.
