Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in elderly patients with eczema. Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with eczema admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group were given routine nursing intervention, and theobservation group were given targeted nursing intervention. The skin lesions, nursing effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of each dimension of skin lesions in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P
