目的 探究精细化护理在剖宫产产妇疤痕修复中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年6月于 海安市人民医院足月行剖宫产的120例产妇作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组给 予常规剖宫护理及产后护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予剖宫产围产期精细化护理，比较两组产妇干预 前后焦虑、抑郁心理状况，术后恢复指标及满月后疤痕恢复满意度。结果 观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对 照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后排气时间、下床活动时间、切口愈合时间、切口感染率等均优于对照组 （P＜0.05）；观察组满月后疤痕恢复满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化护理有助于降低剖宫产 产妇的负面情绪，提高产后恢复效果和疤痕恢复满意率，值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in scar repair of parturient after caesarean section. Methods From January 2020 to June 2022, 120 full-term parturients undergoing cesarean section in People's Hospital of Hai'an were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 parturients in each group. The control group was given routine cesarean section nursing and postpartum nursing, while the observation group was given refined nursing of cesarean section on the basis of the control group. The anxiety and depression psychological status before and after intervention, postoperative recovery indicators and scar recovery satisfaction after full moon were compared between the two groups.
