Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of tinidazole mixture combined with formaldehyde cresol formocresol sealant in the treatment of dental pulp disease. Methods A total of 72 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with formaldehyde cresol formocresol sealant, and the experimental group was combined with tinidazole mixture on the basis of the control group. The levels of inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-6), clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
