Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of oral isotretinoin combined with ozone liquid dressing in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 62 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 31 patients in each group. The control group was treated with isotretinoin capsules orally, and the observation group was treated with ozone liquid dressing on the basis of the control group. The sebum overflow, clinical effects, inflammatory factor levels and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.55%, which was higher than 74.19% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (Pacne vulgaris can effectively improve the symptoms of skin lesions, reduce the level of inflammatory factors and recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
