Abstract:In order to explore the clinical application value of double eyelid repair with palpebral margin incision approach, this study selected 197 patients who underwent double eyelid repair through palpebral margin incision approach in Changsha Aisite Medical Beauty Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021. The patients were followed up and photographed before operation, 7 days after operation and 1-24 months after operation to observe the repair effect, repair satisfaction and adverse reactions. Among the patients who received double eyelid repair, 164 patients were satisfied, 26 patients were basically satisfied, and 7 patients were not satisfied, with a satisfaction rate of 96.45% (190/197). The patients with satisfactory repair had smooth double eyelid curve and no traction of epicanthus when they opened their eyes. The double eyelid shape reached the natural state at 2 months after operation. The double eyelid curve was smooth when the eyes were closed, and there was no obvious incision mark. Among the 7 patients who were not satisfied, 6 patients had different degrees of double eyelid line shallowing or disappearance, 1 patient had eyelash shedding, and no other adverse reactions such as conjunctivitis, obvious scar and eyelid swelling occurred. It shows that the double eyelid repair through the eyelid margin incision has the advantages of wide indications, light injury, rapid recovery, few complications, natural double eyelid shape, and avoidance of scar formation. The clinical application value is high.
