Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous costal cartilage combined with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene in comprehensive rhinoplasty. Methods A total of 100 patients with comprehensive rhinoplasty admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different surgical methods, they were divided into control group and study group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was filled with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene, and the study group was filled with autologous costal cartilage combined with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene. The clinical efficacy, healing, nasal related parameters, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
