Objective To explore the effect of Liuzijue combined with fire needle in the treatment of herpes zoster of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 76 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and combined group, with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the combined group was treated with Liuzijue combined with fire needle. The pain, clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score and PRI index of the combined group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).
