目的 分析心理暗示对于高龄孕剖宫产产妇切口美观度及负性情绪的影响。方法 选择2021年 1月-2022年4月于本院实施剖宫产手术的110例高龄产妇为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观 察组，每组55例。对照组给予产科常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理暗示，比较两组切口美观 度、自我效能及负性情绪。结果 观察组切口美观优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后自我效能 评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对高龄剖宫产 产妇实施心理暗示，可提高切口美观度，有利于调节产妇的负性情绪，提升其自我效能水平
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological suggestion on wound aesthetics and negative emotion of elderly parturient women undergoing cesarean section. Methods A total of 110 elderly parturient women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 55 parturient women in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric care, and the observation group was given psychological suggestion on the basis of the control group. The incision aesthetics, self-efficacy and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.
