Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on wound healing and pain improvement after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods From January 2019 to December 2022, 100 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid surgery (external dissection and internal ligation) in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with potassium permanganate hip bath after operation, and the observation group was treated with fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine decoction (Kushen decoction) after operation. The pain degree, wound healing time, anal bulge regression time and pain disappearance time were compared between the two groups.
