Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of Carisolv Ⅲ generation gel for minimally removing necrotic tissue in the treatment of dental caries in children's deciduous teeth. Methods A total of 150 children with dental caries of deciduous teeth admitted to Suzhou Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 75 children in each group. The control group was treated with conventional high-speed dental drill for removing necrotic tissue, and the study group was treated with Carisolv Carisolv Ⅲ generation gel for minimally removing necrotic tissue. The treatment success rate, pain degree and complication rate were compared between the two groups.
