Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of radiofrequency-assisted lumbar and abdominal liposuction combined with lower abdominal wall plastic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent liposuction surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and study group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with traditional liposuction, and the study group was treated with radiofrequency-assisted lumbar and abdominal liposuction combined with lower abdominal wall plastic surgery. The amount of surgical suction, operation time, circumference reduction of waist circumference, detumescence time and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of surgical suction and the reduction of waist circumference in the study group was greater than that in the conventional group, and the swelling time was shorter than that in the conventional group (P0.05). The satisfaction rate and satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group (P
