Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with scar sticker in the treatment of hypertrophic scars. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertrophic scar admitted to the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery, Central People's Hospital of Zhanjiang from October 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser, and the observation group was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with scar sticker.
