Abstract:The aging of facial skin and soft tissue is mainly due to the relaxation of ligament and fascia and the reduction of dermal collagen, which leads to the sagging of subcutaneous soft tissue and the relaxation of the dermis. Natural aging and the traction of ligament fascia by gravity, the erosion of dermal collagen by external factors such as sunlight, the gravitational sagging of ligaments, and the weakening of dermal wrapping tension eventually lead to facial aging-like appearance. Therefore, how to design combined treatment from a biomechanical point of view to achieve facial rejuvenation has been a hot topic for many scholars.
