    目的 探讨激光联合氨甲环酸、谷胱甘肽及维生素C治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法 选择我院 2022年2月-2023年1月收治的78例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各 39例。对照组采用氨甲环酸、谷胱甘肽与维生素C进行治疗,观察组采取激光联合氨甲环酸、谷胱甘肽及 维生素C进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、黄褐斑面积、黄褐斑颜色评分及血清指标。结果 观察组治疗总有 效率为94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%(P <0.05);观察组治疗后黄褐斑面积、黄褐斑颜色评分均低于对照 组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后E2、MDA水平均低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对黄 褐斑患者予以激光联合氨甲环酸、谷胱甘肽及维生素C治疗的效果良好,可有效缩小黄褐斑面积,减轻黄 褐斑颜色,同时能够有效控制E2、MDA水平,优化氧化应激反应,有利于促进皮损恢复。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laser combined with tranexamic acid, glutathione and vitamin C in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 78 patients with chloasma admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group was treated with tranexamic acid, glutathione and vitamin C, and the observation group was treated with laser combined with tranexamic acid, glutathione and vitamin C. The clinical efficacy, chloasma area, chloasma color score and serum index were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.87%, which was higher than 76.92% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the chloasma area and chloasma color score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of E2 and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Laser combined with tranexamic acid, glutathione and vitamin C is effective in the treatment of patients with chloasma, which can effectively reduce the area of chloasma and reduce the color of chloasma. At the same time, it can effectively control the levels of E2 and MDA, optimize the oxidative stress response, and promote the recovery of skin lesions.
