    目的 探究果酸换肤联合大光斑低能量Q开关Nd∶YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的效果。方法 选取 我院2022年1月-12月收治的72例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组 36例。对照组实施大光斑低能量Q开关Nd∶YAG激光治疗,观察组实施果酸换肤联合大光斑低能量Q开关 Nd∶YAG激光治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心理状态及生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高 于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统 计学意义(P <0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 果 酸换肤联合大光斑低能量Q开关Nd∶YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的效果良好,能够有效改善患者的心理状态, 有利于提高其生活质量。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of glycolic acid peels combined with large light spot low energy Q switch Nd∶YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 72 patients with chloasma admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with large light spot low energy Q switch Nd∶YAG laser, and the observation group was treated with glycolic acid peels combined with large light spot low energy Q switch Nd∶YAG laser. The clinical efficacy, psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Glycolic acid peels combined with large light spot low energy Q switch Nd∶YAG laser is effective in the treatment of chloasma, which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients and improve their quality of life.
