Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of concentrated growth factor (CGF) combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 40 patients with chloasma admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects. All patients underwent autologous half-face control test. The left face was set as the observation group, and the lesion was locally injected with tranexamic acid solution. The right face was the control group, and the lesion was locally injected with a mixture of tranexamic acid solution and autologous concentrated growth factor. The subjective evaluation, self-evaluation, degree of pigmentation regression, improvement of pores and skin texture, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the doctor's evaluation and self-evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the skin pores and textures of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the control group were better than those in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion CGF combined with tranexamic acid injection in the treatment of chloasma is safe and can effectively improve the skin lesions of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
