Objective To study the effect of different skin pretreatment methods in dynamic electrocardiogram examination. Methods Sixty patients who underwent dynamic electrocardiogram examination in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group (n =30) and observation group (n =30) according to the random number table method. The control group was pretreated with 75% ethanol degreasing agent, and the observation group was wiped with nano degreasing agent. The chest skin impedance, pain score, comfort score, examination satisfaction, compliance, electrocardiogram signal interference rate, electrocardiogram result accuracy rate, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The chest skin impedance and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction and compliance of dynamic electrocardiogram examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The interference rate of electrocardiogram signal in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the accuracy of electrocardiogram results was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the process of dynamic electrocardiogram examination, the application of nano-degreaser to wipe the skin can reduce the impedance of the anterior chest skin and the degree of pain in the examination, and improve the examination effect, which is worthy of application.
