Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of diprospan local blockage in the treatment of patients with multiple suppurative granuloma after scald. Methods A total of 80 patients with multiple suppurative granuloma after scald admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide fractional laser, and the observation group was treated with compound betamethasone injection local closure therapy on the basis of the control group. The one-time cure rate, complication rate, the wound healing, quality of life and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The one-time cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compound betamethasone injection local closure therapy is effective in the adjuvant treatment of multiple suppurative granuloma after scald, which can improve the therapeutic effect, reducethe incidence of scar, infection and pigmentation, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
