Abstract:From January 2020 to December 2022, 50 patients with snake bite admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. The wound closed negative pressure drainage technology was used. After the patient's condition was stable and the wound granulation tissue grew well, the pedicled axial flap repair treatment was performed to observe the therapeutic effect. Through the follow-up survey of all patients, it was found that 3 patients had a slightly bloated flap, and the other patients recovered well. It can be seen that the application of pedicled axial flap for the repair of snakebite patients can not only reduce the rate of capillary embolism, but also reduce arterial embolism, and the treatment effect is ideal.
