Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nasolabial flap repair in the treatment of nasal tip and alar defects. Methods A total of 82 patients with nasal tip and alar defects admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with nasolabial flap repair. The occurrence of complications and treatment satisfaction were observed, and the quality of life of patients before and after treatment was compared. Results The flap survival status of 82 patients was good, and there were no complications such as venous reflux disorder and flap blood supply disorder. The treatment satisfaction was 96.34%. After treatment, the scores of physical function, physical role, vitality, social function, emotional role, mental health and total health were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of nasolabial fold flap in repairing nasal tip and alar defect is good, which can effectively improve the quality of life, and the incidence of postoperative complications is small, and the patient satisfaction is high. However, due to individual differences, surgical treatment still needs to develop a scientific and reasonable treatment plan based on the patient's own situation.
