Abstract:Objective To explore the surgical effect of upper eyelid relaxation correction through eyebrow incision combined with lower eyelid blepharoplasty through external approach in the treatment of periocular aging. Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent periocular observation and aging correction in our hospital from January 11, 2022 to March 25, 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the different admission time, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group was treated with upper eyelid relaxation correction through eyebrow incision, and the observation group was treated with upper eyelid relaxation correction through eyebrow incision combined with lower eyelid blepharoplasty through external approach. The clinical efficacy, complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 90.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.00%, which was lower than 12.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 97.00%, which was hinher than 85.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The operation effect of upper eyelid relaxation correction through eyebrow incision combined with lower eyelid blepharoplasty through external approach in the treatment of periocular aging is good. Compared with the single applicationof upper eyelid relaxation correction through eyebrow incision, the total effective rate of combined treatment is higher, the incidence of postoperative complications is lower, the safety of operation is guaranteed, and the satisfaction of patients with correction scheme is also effectively improved.
