Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with double eyelid surgery combined with lower blepharoplasty. Methods A total of 70 patients with double eyelid surgery combined with lower blepharoplasty admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group by random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given high quality nursing intervention. The nursing quality, negative emotion, pain degree, complication rate, nursing satisfaction and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nursing attitude, health education, psychological intervention, business level and humanistic care in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The proportion of grade 0 pain in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of grade 2 pain was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.72%, which was lower than 25.72% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 82.86% of the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the study group was 2.86%, which was lower than 20.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention in patients with double eyelid surgery combined with lower blepharoplasty is effective, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing, reduce the negative emotions and pain of patients, help to reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate, improve the safety of surgical treatment, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing services.
