Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention in tooth cold-light bleaching treatment. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent cold-light bleaching treatment in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect, psychological state, comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The comfort degree of the observation group was 94.29%, which was higher than 77.14% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can effectively ensure the treatment effect of tooth cold-light bleaching, improve the psychological state of patients, improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients, and has high clinical application value.
