Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical aesthetic effect and function of immediate implant restoration in maxillary anterior teeth. Methods A total of 78 patients with maxillary anterior teeth restoration admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group (n =39, delayed restoration) and observation group (n =39, immediate restoration). The functional indexes, appearance indexes and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared after restoration. Results The scores of retention function, chewing function, language function and occlusal comfort function in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of appearance color, adhesion height, overall aesthetics and edge precision in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%, which was higher than 82.05% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Immediate restoration of maxillary anterior teeth can effectively improve function, appearance and aesthetic satisfaction.
