In order to explore the clinical application effect of platelet-rich fibrin assisted hair follicle transplantation on hair loss repair, this study selected 30 patients with hair loss admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 and hair follicle sunival comdition. The results showed that the excellent and good rate of treatment and hair follicle survival rate of all patients were 83.33% and 92.00%, respectively. It shows that the clinical effect of high-density hair transplantation combined with PRF treatment for alopecia patients is definite, and the survival rate of hair follicles is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
