Abstract:Objective To analyze and study the step 5 adjusting impression material with high failure rate in the process of oral impression, and to explore its influence on the success rate of impression. Methods Based on the commonly used medical material "alginate impression material", the orthogonal experiment method was used to quantify the factors affecting the impression material, such as harmonic proportion of liquid powder, harmony temperature, harmony humidity, harmony time and harmony speed, and the key influencing factors were quantified. Steps 5, 6, and 7 in the impression surgery were the key core technical steps for the oral impression rate. Results By quantifying the parameters of the key factors, namely, harmonic proportion of liquid powder (0.4), harmony speed (135 r/min), and harmony time (75 s), the one-time success rate of impression could be increased from 16.7% to 60%, thereby greatly reducing the patient's discomfort, reducing medical material waste and medical expenses. Conclusion Through the orthogonal experiment method, the key factors of the key step 5 adjusting impression material of the oral impression rate are quantitatively studied, and the experimental results are demonstrated by the re-verification experiment, which proves that it can reduce the patient's discomfort, reduce the waste of medical materials and medical expenses, and improve the success rate of oral impression.
