目的 探讨聚左旋乳酸联合黄金超声炮在面部年轻化治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年 2月-4月于我院就诊的23例面部皮肤松弛伴毛细血管扩张患者为研究对象。所有患者采取聚左旋乳酸联合 黄金超声炮进行治疗，比较治疗前后鼻唇沟及木偶纹严重程度评分、整体美学改善率、面部毛细血管扩张改善 率、患者满意度及不良反应发生率。结果 23例患者治疗后MAS鼻唇沟评分为（0.96±0.37）分，优于治疗前的 （1.87±0.46）分（P＜0.05）；治疗后MAS木偶纹评分为（0.35±0.49）分，优于治疗前的（1.30±0.47）分 （P＜0.05）；23例患者的整体美学改善率为100.00%，面部毛细血管扩张改善率为91.30%，患者满意度达 95.65%；仅1例患者（4.35%）治疗后面部肿胀持续时间超过1周，而后自行消退，其余患者均无不良反应发 生。结论 聚左旋乳酸联合黄金超声炮在面部年轻化治疗中取得了较好疗效，且安全性佳、效果自然，患 者满意度高，值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of poly-L-lactic acid combined with gold ultrasonic gun in facial rejuvenation treatment. Methods A total of 23 patients with facial skin relaxation and telangiectasia who were treated in our hospital from February to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were treated with poly-L-lactic acid combined with gold ultrasonic gun. The severity scores of nasolabial groove and puppet pattern, overall aesthetic improvement rate, facial telangiectasia improvement rate, patient satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.
