Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with dental implant repair in the treatment of tooth loss with alveolar bone defect. Methods A total of 80 patients with tooth loss and alveolar bone defect admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with dental implant repair, and the experimental group was treated with orthodontics combined with dental implant repair. The oral function recovery, implant retention, complications and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
