Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of microscrew implant anchorage in orthodontic patients. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent orthodontics in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with extraoral anchorage, and the study group was treated with microscrew implant anchorage. The clinical efficacy, root volume change and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.43%, which was higher than 71.43% in the control group (P0.05).
