Abstract:Objective To investigate the aesthetic effect of minimally invasive crown lengthening combined with nano resin restoration for subgingival wedge-shaped defect. Methods A total of 50 patients with subgingival wedge-shaped defect admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional crown lengthening, while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive crown lengthening combined with nano resin restoration. The clinical indicators, aesthetic effects and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The attachment loss and probing depth of the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the scores of aesthetics, comfort and tooth color fit in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P
