Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of plastic surgery in the treatment of large area soft tissue hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region in children. Methods A total of 50 children with large area soft tissue hemangioma of oral and maxillofacial admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 children in each group. The control group was treated with conservative treatment and conventional surgical resection, and the observation group was treated with plastic surgery. The physical condition, treatment effect, family satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.
