Abstract:Twenty-one patients with orbital soft tissue volume loss admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The orbital rejuvenation surgery combined with nano-fat transplantation and structural fat transplantation was performed to observe the clinical efficacy, complications and satisfaction. The clinical efficacy of 21 patients after operation was excellent in 20 patients (95.24%) and poor in 1 patient (4.76%), but the skin texture of the patient was improved. One patient had asymmetric orbital volume on the left and right sides at 1 month after operation, and the degree was mild, while the morphology returned to normal at 5 months after operation, no complications such as infection, hematoma, insufficient filling, excessive filling, local unevenness, fat movement, fat liquefaction or formation of nodules were found. The total satisfaction rate was 95.24%. The results of this study suggest that nano-fat transplantation and structural fat transplantation can effectively improve the loss of soft tissue volume in the orbital region and improve skin texture.
