Abstract:Objective To analyze and discuss the application value of DCE-MRI in breast conserving surgery for breast tumors. Methods A total of 70 patients with breast tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected. All patients were treated with breast conserving surgery. According to the difference of clinical diagnosis methods, they were divided into FFDM group and DCE-MRI group. FFDM group was examined by FFDM, and DCE-MRI group was examined by DCE-MRI. On the basis of pathological examination results, the differential rate of benign and malignant breast tumors between the two groups and the clinical sensitivity and specificity of the two examination methods were compared. Results The accuracy of benign and malignant identification in DCE-MRI group was higher than that in FFDM group (P
