目的 了解无锡市7~12岁学龄儿童牙科畏惧症（CDF）的流行情况。方法 于2022年10月-2023年 3月在无锡市采用整群随机抽样方法抽取865名7~12岁学龄儿童作为调查对象，采用儿童畏惧调查-牙科 分量表（CFSS-DS）进行调查，分析不同年龄组CDF发生率。结果 无锡市7~12岁学龄儿童CDF发生率为 32.48%；女生CDF发生率为36.67%，高于男生的27.95%（P＜0.05）；7~12岁CDF发生率分别为36.00%、 33.11%、33.79%、32.87%、30.00%、28.78%；各年龄组女生CDF发生率均高于男生（P＜0.05）；女生 CFSS-DS得分为（33.18±14.25）分，高于男生的（28.26±13.73）分（P＜0.05）；各年龄组女生CFSS-DS 得分均高于男生（P＜0.05）。结论 无锡市7~12岁儿童CDF的发生率处于较高水平，需提高重视程度，针 对重点人群开展综合干预行动，以提升儿童的口腔健康水平。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of children's dental fear (CDF) among school-age children aged 7-12 years in Wuxi city. Methods From October 2022-March 2023, 865 school-age children 7-12 years old were selected as the subjects by cluster random sampling method in Wuxi City, and the Children's Fear Survey Schedule-Dental Subscale (CFSS-DS) was used to investigate and analyze the incidence of CDF in different age groups.
