Objective To discuss the application value of high quality nursing for cesarean section scar treated with LPG therapeutic massage machine. Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with skin scar after cesarean section who were treated with LPG therapeutic massage machine in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 pregnant women in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given high quality nursing. The scores of bad mood, clinical indicators, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of getting out of bed, anal exhaust time and colostrum time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the serum prolactin at 2 days after delivery was more than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For pregnant women receiving LPG therapeutic massage machine in the treatment of cesarean section scar, high quality nursing can further alleviate the bad mood of patients, improve clinical indicators, reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
