Objective To analyze the effect of health education under IKAP mode on blood pressure and wound aesthetics of cesarean section in parturients with gestational hypertension. Methods From February 2021 to December 2022, 90 parturients who were built cards and finally underwent surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization, with 45 parturients in each group. The control group was given general nursing mode, and the observation group was given health education under IKAP mode. The blood pressure, cosmetic effect of incision and selfefficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The blood pressure control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The self-efficacy score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The cosmetic effect of incision in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of health education under IKAP mode for parturients with gestational hypertension after cesarean section can optimize blood pressure, promote the wound aesthetics, and ensure the quality of life after home.
