Objective To analyze the effects of health education on skin irritation and aesthetics in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum using acupoint patches. Methods A total of 90 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum who were hospitalized in the Women's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given health education on the basis of the control group. The skin stress response, skin aesthetics score of acupoint patches site and disease awareness score were compared between the two groups.
